Last week I did a lot of cooking on Sunday. I baked some breakfast bars, cooked a big pot of soup, and pre-cooked things for a crockpot meal. It made the rest of the weeknights so much better. Less cooking to do during the week, less cleanup. Better lunches. So I thought I’d repeat the experiment this week and see how it goes.
One loaf of cinnamon raisin bread, 2 baguettes, and a dozen breakfast muffins later and I was done with the baking part. One giant spinach pasta dish and one eggplant parmesan later and the cooking was done. It was actually pretty fun to spend a day cooking since it’s one of my favorite things to do.
